Sprinter Service Contracts
The maintenance and servicing of your Sprinter is now even easier with our Service Contract solution - Northside Passport.
We offer three levels of coverage:
1.
ServicePackage - you receive preferential authorisation and processing, all work is undertaken by any appointed Mercedes-Benz Commercial Dealer and also covers routine service labour costs, parts and lubricants.
2.
ServicePackage Plus - in addition to ServicePackage you receive an option to 'Pay as you go' or pay monthly. Brake pads, brake discs, clutch friction material and worn plates are all covered, as are your MOT test fees.
3.
Repair & Maintenance - on top of ServicePackage Plus the repair and replacement of all electrical and mechanical components is covered, including the engine, gearbox, rear axle and computer management system. In addition you will receive emergency roadside assistance, recovery to the nearest repairer, and all ministry inspections (where applicable) are covered. There are also options to cover other features such as refrigeration units and tail lifts.
The packages also give you the benefit of
10% off Parts and Labour, should your vehicle need to visit our workshops for anything else.
