We deal with a large amount of businesses and private individuals and whilst for the most part our customers are happy we do recognise and will act when issues arise, we would like to have a long lasting relationship with our customers by dealing with issues head on.
Why an online complaints form? This form gives you the opportunity to clearly state your issue and will ensure the right details are provided for us to process it, it also ensures all the correct people are copied in, including Directors.
Your issue will be picked up within 24 hours of submission Monday to Friday. You will receive a call/email to state we are handling your complaint followed by a call/email explaining what we can do to help come to a fair resolution for all parties involved.
