Given the ever-changing landscape we are currently facing, we wanted to update you on how the current restrictions put in place to combat COVID-19 have impacted our business and how we support our customers.
Following government guidelines, to protect our employees in retail environments, effective Friday July 24 2020. All visitors to retail sides of our business must wear a face covering that covers their mouth, and nose, at all times while at any Northside Truck & Van location listed.
This requirement does not apply to children under the age of 11, or to individuals who are unable to wear a face covering due to a medical condition. Visitors without face coverings will not be allowed to enter. Northside Truck & Van will not provide face coverings to visitors.
The use of a face covering should not be seen as a substitute for social distancing. Please continue to observe rules regarding appropriate distancing while on Northside Truck & Van premises.
We are open and running all seven of our depots for service and parts with reduced capacity, taking into account the current guidelines on social distancing, and with the health and safety of our people and customers as the primary consideration.
From a sales perspective we are working to deliver as many of the vehicles as possible. Collections by customers are being arranged on an appointment basis to ensure separation, with deliveries also arranged on a pre-appointment basis with calls made in advance of arrival to ensure people are ready to receive the vehicles and minimise contact.

In these tough and difficult times, we need to remain strong, brave and professional. The challenges we face over the coming weeks and months are likely to be considerable and impossible to predict, but we will be focussed on keeping our business and customers moving.

This will be on a case by case basis, so we advise that you email them directly at email@example.com with the subject line ‘Covid 19’, details of your circumstance and vehicle registration(s) in the body of the text.
Unfortunately, any finance contracts are between yourself and the finance provider, so Northside are unable to confirm any decisions on their behalf.
