Can I purchase parts for fitting elsewhere?
Yes, you can purchase parts for your own use only. If you inquire at the point of sale we could ship directly to the destination of your choice inside the UK. Please bear in mind that Northside cannot sell to any person or business who has the intention to resell the part without adding an additional value such as fitment /restore etc.
Can I return parts not used?
Yes, you may return an item if it is unused/ in a fully resalable condition, once we have inspected the item the funds will be reimbursed. Please could you send all returns:

Do you charge for credit card transactions?
No charge for any UK standard Credit Card transaction
Do you offer the same day or next day delivery service? When will my parts arrive?
All items will be dispatched prior to 15.00 on weekdays (Mind-Friday) any orders placed after 15.00 will be dispatched the following day. Any order placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be sent out for Tuesday delivery before 13.00
Thanks to our internal stock supply of £4.1million and trained parts advisers handling calls daily - we can supply 98% of fast moving parts requested in our depots or via our online portal are available the first time. When a part is not available the first time, our staff work around-the-clock to source that part from our extensive network of partners to deliver the very next day.
How do I arrange to hold impress stock in my workplace?
Please contact our trade parts manager Piotr Brylinski, Piotr.Brylinski@northside.co.uk to discuss your needs and requirements, impress stock is tailored to suit the customers fleet/ popular repair items.
Where can I find out what type of oil I need for my vehicle?
We stock over 5000 litres of different lubricants, we stock lubricants is 1l, 5l, 20l, 208l containers, we can also arrange for bulk deliveries to your location is required. Our lubricants are all competitively priced.
The correct oil specification and approval listings should be displayed in the owner's handbook, if you need any assistance with lubricants please contact our trade team with the following information:

What warranty is on offer?
All van parts come with a 2-year warranty and your truck part with a 1-year warranty. Fitting non-genuine parts in your vehicle can cause negative performance to the vehicle and can, in fact, revoke many warranties. Ensure your vehicle warranty remains in place by only ever fitting genuine Mercedes-Benz parts.
