• UK Delivery only
• Next day delivery when ordered before 3:30pm Monday to Thursday
• Friday orders before 3:30pm will be delivered the next working day (Monday)
• Anything ordered Saturday to Monday will be delivered Tuesday.
• due to the occasional courier error please allow 48hrs for delivery however feel free to call us on 01138343667 to query your delivery.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Cancellation Period / Timeframe

If you have made a mistake or changed your mind, we can cancel the delivery before it is processed, Please call our Parts Center on: 01132 760 068. Please note we dispatch orders at 4pm daily (Mon to Fri), orders can be cancelled before delivery up to 3:30pm UK standard time.

Once Delivered:

If any online purchases haved been used by the buyer

• 14 days return policy only if faulty or damaged item
• Buyer pays shipping Fee & We will Refund.

If any online purchases have been un-used by the buyer

• 14 days return policy
• Buyer pays return shipping fee

Any Refunds should take at maximum 3 working days.

For returning goods

This includes non-damaged / damaged / defective / incorrect online purchases.
