Your main role will be; answering calls for breakdowns, taking bookings and enquiries for the MaxAssist department.
You will need an excellent telephone manner and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to follow processes.
The job role involves working closely with our clients and drivers to ensure their fleets are kept on the road.
General admin tasks will be a key area in the day to day running of the department along with; updating systems, progress chasing vehicle scheduling.
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage. However, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
