Hearing impaired customers should email our dedicated email address for breakdown support: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please include the following data so that we can provide support as quickly as possible: Vehicle details (VIN and License Plate), Owner/company details, symptom description and location of the breakdown. The Service 24 Hour colleagues will contact you if further details are required.
Please note that the Customer Assistance Center will handle the email breakdown requests only from deaf or hearing impaired customers. The phone call remains the primary method for contact for breakdown cases.
