Mercedes-Benz Actros with Northside Truck & Van

Back in August, Northside took part in a charity 5-a-side football tournament and drove away with the silver medal! We won 5 games and scored 13 goals and finished runners up and by doing so, we qualified for the national finals.

This is all part of Business Fives' charity tournament and like every company that takes part, we're raising money for a chosen charity. We've picked Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice, and donations are still welcome: https://www.justgiving.com/page/northside-sheffield

Which leads us on to this Saturday - 25th October 2025. We're off to Powerleague Birmingham to take on the other regional qualifiers for the title of Business Fives England National Champion! We've been drawn in Group H alongside North East software developers Sage, housing experts Believe Housing also from the North East, and London-based investment firm Rathbones. Will we send the housing company packing? Will we turnover the investors? Will the software company need patching up? We'll soon find out and we'll let you know here and on our social pages.

We're not here to park the minibus and sit back. We've got a Sprinter down the wings who can turn on a Daimler, a dead ball specialist who can Benz it like Beckham, our own Zinedine Citan going through the gears in the middle and a goalie as good as eVito Mannone.

If they are unable to offer finance, we then seek to introduce you to someone else on our panel. We will usually receive a commission for your introduction. This will be either a fixed fee, or a fixed percentage of the amount that you borrow. This may be linked to the vehicle model you choose.

Mercedes-Benz Financial Services UK Ltd may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will tell you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receiving this commission. The exact amount of commission will be confirmed before you sign your finance agreement.
