Smart Repairer

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Smart Repairer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs and cosmetic enhancements to vehicles, including paintwork, dent repairs, and interior refurbishments. The role involves assessing damage, using advanced repair techniques, and ensuring vehicles are restored to a high standard with minimal downtime. Attention to detail, technical expertise, and excellent customer service skills are essential. Vehicle to be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct smart repairs (small to medium dent removal, alloy wheel refurbishment, paintless dent repairs, etc.)
  • Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods
  • Maintain high standards of repair quality and finish
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations with the support of the service manager.
  • Collaborate with the used sales progressing team, to meet deadlines

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in smart repairs or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Full Clean UK Driver's License.
